Hello World ~ It’s me again, just trying to find out how many of you love your jobs?  (The title of this blog was just to get your attention!) I mean really love them so that you wake up every morning fired-up about the positive impact you will make on your organization and co-workers. 

I need to know what your experiences are at work:

• Do you feel like you make a contribution?
• Are your opinions valued or are you even asked for your opinion?
• Does your boss have a great relationship with the people who report to her/him?
• How do the leaders of your organization relate to the people? What do they do to make them feel valued?
• Are you encouraged to have friends at work?
• If you have a personal need is it honored?

I’m writing another book. This one (to be released this year) is: The Amazingly Simple Secret of Phonomally Successful Companies! It will focus on the things that makes a company great to work for.  Your input will be invaluable.  Thanks in advance - you’re the best!

Uncover Your Brilliance!

As a new ‘Blogger’ I’m feeling pretty excited about staying connected with you all.  Let me tell you what you can expect to hear from me ~ My passion is helping people learn to use their thoughts and emotions in the most powerful way.  This has been my passion for the past 10 years since I began studying how powerful we all are.  My first teacher into this field was Bob Proctor, from the Movie and Book, The Secret.  Since that time, I have learned so much and have had mind-blowing experiences.  And, the people I have taught this information to have also had amazing experiences.  They tell me their life has been transformed!  Wow! How cool is that?

One thing I know for sure is that it takes more than just thinking about something to manifest it.  That’s where people get stuck.  They hear about the Law of Attraction and say: “That sounds pretty easy”.  Then they spend the next days, weeks, months or sometimes (ugh!) years thinking about themselves winning the lottery.  They keep picturing themselves collecting the money, what they will do with it and how great they will feel to have all that money.  Guess what happens next?  You got it - nothing!  Because it takes more than just thinking about it. 

It takes work! You have to have a plan and you have to take action on your plan ~ sitting on your butt just doesn’t cut it! Oh, and did I say that you have to have unstoppable belief in your ability to achieve whatever it is you are wanting?  That’s where the hard part comes in.
