"I attended Linda's Empowered Support Seminar and broke my board. It was an incredible experience, and the rush of accomplishment and excitement that coursed through my body still empowers me today. While on vacation I visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge. It is about 6 feet wide, suspended 230' over the Capilano River, and is 450' long.
